Made exclusively from Muscat grapes, this is a genuine curiosity among wines, and even among the distinguished Aszú wines of Tokaj. It is a splendid dessert wine made in the very best years only. Far exceeding in its parameters the prerequisites for a 6 puttonyos Aszú, this wine is so rich that it cannot be graded by puttony number. Wines in the lofty Aszúesszencia category must be aged in barrels for at least five years before bottling. This fine example has a superb taste dominated by notes of sun-dried fruits, chocolate, and almond.

For an unforgettable experience, serve well-chilled at 10-12 °C alongside foie gras, assorted cheeses, or dessert.
